- Your use of materials or features available on the Service, except where a claim is based on infringement by materials created by Emiraat
- Your violation of applicable law or any agreement with a third party
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. You expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates for all disputes arising from or related to the Service.
Any claim must be submitted in writing to Emiraat within one (1) year from the date the claim arose. Claims not submitted within this period shall be deemed permanently waived. Claims must be brought individually and not as part of any collective or third-party action.
Copyright
If you believe that any material on the Service infringes a copyright, you must provide written notice including the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of an authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and sufficient information to locate it
